The DESS® Conical BLT Implant System is a bone-level tapered implant solution designed for compatibility with the Straumann® Bone Level system. Featuring a 15-degree internal conical connection with four internal grooves, Conical BLT provides a stable restorative connection while allowing clinicians familiar with Straumann® Bone Level workflows to transition easily into the Conical BLT implant ecosystem.

Stability Across Bone Conditions

The tapered implant body and self-cutting apical design are engineered to provide excellent primary stability, including in soft and very soft bone. Its bone-level design is intended to support crestal bone preservation and microgap control, while OST by DESS® uses an acid-etched and sandblasted surface treatment developed to SLA surface standards.

Combined with multi-unit abutments, Ti bases, scan abutments and other restorative components, Conical BLT provides a comprehensive option for single-unit, multi-unit and full-arch implant treatment.
